Have a gut feeling that tells me the opposite HDB Meiling Street got chance for SERS but that would mean that the stack facing it would need to endure noise pollution etc if the plan materialise.

For SERS, they wipe out all the HDB in D9, D11 (?). I believe next is those HDB in D10 have a higher chance.

1. Farrer Road. Near D'Leedon.
2. Old Ghim Moh road. Not the new ghim moh.

Can’t be 1995. Meiling heights and vista is built in 1970 - 50 years already! Maybe 10 more years time ?

But even if those blks SERS it won’t really affect my facing cause although mine facing is north,
The hdb infront of my stack is those blks built in 1995 period

If SERS really does happens, the stacks affected would most likely be blk 25 north facing

Directly the project is 4 blocks, 155,156, 160 and 161, those are built in 1970. Definitely a possibility to get SERS and this will cause problems for all the stacks facing towards them. And once HDB rebuilds them, highly likely they will be 40 storeys buildings which blocks all views of SR.

The other blocks on top in the 14x range are built in 1995, so their time probably not up yet.
