Anyone knows whether the project will be delayed? How's the construction progress so far?

The last time I went to see it and also to take pictures of it, it was already built to the 30+ floor. They use the PPVC construction method. That’s y it’s so fast. But since now all construction work stopped, definitely will be delayed. But I hope won’t be delayed for long. :)

Just checked URA, launch units only left sub 20.

Of course there are a few hundred not launched yet

Wait watt?
Blk 21 and 25 are fully launched

That time my parents were allowed to choose any units from blk 23
Agent all those even explained that all stacks fully launched


Must be a way for the developer to attract buyers as by doing that they will have a higher take up rate, but truth is u can choose any balance unit you want

Looks like SR developer trying to think of ways to sell of those premium south facing units

Got to be careful with some China developer sometimes as they may sabo the earlier buyers by pricing the remaining units Low. The alps is one of live example.
Whereas CEL (local developer) raise the price for park colonial like nobody business. :D

Ya but SR already raised price abt 3 times

So the earliest buyers still bought at the lowest psf

(Last time when SR first launched, ave psf was 1764psf. Now is 1878psf)
