In this locale, Commonwealth Towers wins hands down, then Queens Peak (both are relatively sheltered to QT Mrt) then Stirling Residences. Margaret Ville is for the select few who wants luxury and quaint living.

Queen peak really cannot

In what context? Layout may not be the best though for QP, understand their common room can only fit single bed.

Best u go see for yrself because it’s still someone else home/investment
But walking distance to mrt is really convenient

I seen all three QP/ Stirling and Commonwealth towers two bedders. CT is my top choice though, QP and Stirling design quite meh, but QP and Commonwealth Towers location wins.

Stirling only the show flat la haha..

One thing about Stirling, I wasn’t convinced too was the sky garden at Stirling, there were no details and agents couldn’t provide either, how many tables and chairs if any, or would it just be an empty space.

Yes, I think it's ridiculous that for such large purchases the developer isn't even required to provide measurements on the floorplans in their brochures. Even buy car also the brochure will give you every single measurement and specification. But for a house, the floorplans sometimes don't even have any scale and the developer can change the materials / appliances provided.

can ask and they are legally suppose to provide. the last place to back out is during before signing on the otp. there must have a list of dimension, materials/appliances and scale.

i think what is ridiculous is their floorplan doesnt show lift and rubbish chute is at.

Lift and rubbish chute info they hve, they just do not have any details on the sky terraces, which I felt was quite ridiculous, they have so many sky terraces but no details,
not even the number of chairs and tables when I asked. From a customer point of view it seems odd.

Most developers will provide what tiles are given, for SR nothing is mentioned.
It really puzzles why they didnt provide any details for sky terraces etc..

now that is weird. tables and chairs maybe can accept if they dont state but at least the projects that i seen so far goes as far as what materials common areas have tiles/paint/finishing etc.

In case no one realized, the brands of the washing machine, fridge and all was also not stated and agent was not sure then got to ask and later found it was Brandt.

Too expensive 2xxxpsf for MV, plus it’s not near mrt. Stirling Residences have one bedder at 18-19xxpsf which is 200psf cheaper. And we have Queens Peak at 20xxpsf too. Plenty of better options.
