Haha I was referring to CT/QP. I just can’t see anyone paying above 20xxpsf for QP condo inefficient layout units.
Yeah but I think once Stirling Residences enter subsale/resale, Commonwealth Towers and Queens Peak could see another slight push in prices upwards.

CWT still hovers betw 17xx-19xxpsf.
QP I don’t quite like the layout.
Ya, I predict next year is king of exit.

Hi, sorry to sound silly,
But does "next year is king of exit" mean
In 2022, we will see a high number of owners selling their properties?

If Lentor and ulu amk can sell above 2kpsf, I think anything also can sell.
Thus, it’s the best year to exit if u r holding extra resale properties.
Don’t miss it. It’s like an eclipse or meteor shower that probably only happens once in many decades. :o

Someone here interprets 2022 is king of exit to be time to buy new launch aMK ulu and Lentor at 2xxx to 22xx psf...

Giving hope that who knows these purchases will make it when they resale in 2025.

I am eagerly waiting to watch the show by the side too.... haha

I saw QP price ... how come ppl rather buy these at Queenstown than Artra, Alex at Redhill? Not as heavily populated in the next x years when nearby big hdb projects r completed n views look better too

SR is diff though as it’s bigger project in the area
i heard mar22 top

I see. Thank you. So who will be in charge after first year?

Thank you. I can only ask them after TOP ?

residents will form MCST and manage the property on your own, with managing agent’s assistance for day to day matters.

then MCST can decide what other changes you want for your development. Big changes have to go through AGM via votes.

I thought earlier on only left carpark? Was curious if able to meet what the agents mentioned Dec 2021.

heard Devs preparing leather cases for keys and document handover.
How much notice must the developer give to buyers? If anything more than 2months, can’t be this year anymore.
