Can recommend me a reliable SSD for G53Sw (I think it supports SATA 3)? but I heard newest sandforce got problems.. can clarify?

G53SW does support SATA III aka SATA 6GB/s. You could consider getting the Vertex 3 or Agility 3 series depending on your budget ;)

Just want to share with others a recent benchmark with these 2 drives. Most people have the idea that as long as it uses the same controller performance is also similar. OCZ does their own tweaks to the firmware hence you often see them releasing the latest SF controller SSD before others. The competition has a good product too thus my main intention is to share more information for everyone to make their own brand choices :o

Fully agreed you might not always feel the difference in performance in normal usage but then again if the price difference is minimum wouldn't you want to squeeze every bit of performance out of your purchase? Not forgetting OCZ's frequent updates to their firmware ;)

Well, its all up to you... If your budget allows & you have a SATA3 mobo, than go for the higher speed models. If not, I believe the SATA2 models are more than sufficient.

IMHO, you will not really feel a difference between a SATA2 & SATA3 speed unless you are into HUGE files transfer or bench-marking standards.
