you can try registering hopshopgo and hope they still have the free2kg shipping to SG
basically, amazon will ship to your hopshopgo US address, and from there hopshopgo ships to SG

i got mine F60 (along with notme16) for about SGD$200

so what does hopshopgo earn?

ohh it's a launch promotion, an allocated number of sign-ups for their FIRST order will get 2KG free. if you exceed 2KG, pay the extra. if order under 2KG, totally free :D

Hopshopgo/comgateway uses DHL (at least for me they did). DHL is impressively efficient so once they get hold of the package you can expect to get it well within a week. They got my package on thursday and with express shipping it got delivered to me on sunday.

Comgateway do tend to take slightly longer to inform you that your package has arrived at their place compared to borderlinx so that might add a day or two.

yourstruly, can i check when they mean one order per paypal account, what does it mean?

whatever i order must fall under one invoice?
or can i have multiple orders and then have them ship under one package.

my current situation...

1st order - Corsair F60 reaching US address tmr (FREE2KG was given)
2nd order - iWorks 09 Family Pack reaching US address tmr (no FREE2KG indicated as promo ended)

can I combine both orders to ship together? and still be eligible for the FREE 2KG?

I didn't try consolidating shipments, but it does say free 2kg for the first shipment you make with them. My guess will be that it should work regardless of how many packages you combine. You might want to check whether they charge any fees for consolidation though.

Haha easiest way to check is to ask them when their live chat is online. That should give you a definite answer.

ahh great! no consolidation costs! unless my items stay more than 15days in their warehouse, then it will be USD1 for each extra day

I think so far the latest discussion here has centred around the OCZ Vertex 2 and Crucial C300, so you could look into these two

Look at the Gskill phoenix pro also. Performance more or less identical to the vertex 2 at a lower price.

Just ordered this via hopshopgo. Got free shipping from Amazon to US address (est. delivery 15 Sep).

But no idea if the 3k quota is up for free shipping from US to Sin. To late to ask them via live chat. Also the price is dangerously close to S$400, but overall should still be way lower than SLS $570+ prices (unless I missed out something).

Keeping my fingers crossed man. :s12:

You would have seen a message that your free shipping has been reserved for you if you were eligible.

Anyway, you might be asked to enter your own declared value when your goods arrive at your US address haha.
