Looks like I should move my C300 RAID0 from the Marvell chipset to the Intel chipset. I wonder if I can just unplug and plug the drives without having to reinstall everything.....

omg you use the Marvel chipset?
I would not build a RAID on motherboard with anything other than Intel.

although I am always on AMD platforms.

read anandtech, sandforce based drives have inferior idle time garbage collection, which means they have to rely on TRIM. So I would not recommend Vertex 2 in Raid 0.

I'm deciding on getting either INTEL 120GB X25M GEN2 or G.SKILL PHOENIX PRO 120GB, which one is better?

I'll be using it for OS, programs and gaming. Samsung f3 1tb for storage.

Torrent program on ssd, while torrent download folder in hdd is ok right?

I've always used RAID on Intel chipset until the R3E, where I thought the Marvel chipset is going to give better speed because it is SATA6 rather than SATA3. Looks like I was wrong.

Isn't Intel international warrantied,
Won't it better to still buy it overseas?
