guess when i bought my mobo i din thought of ever getting a ssd

now that i have a ssd my marvell is just not good enough...
its either i go for sata2 ssd or change a new mobo which i just bought not long ago lol

should have go for vertex 2 geez

OWC Upgrades Mercury Extreme Pro 6G SSD to Toggle NAND
OWC has quietly rolled out a significant improvement to their Mercury Extreme Pro 6G family of SSDs. Previously OWC was using 25nm IMFT synchronous NAND in these drives. Now the entire line has migrated to 32nm Toshiba toggle NAND, the same high quality and high performance NAND found in the OCZ Vertex 3 Max IOPS and the Patriot Wildfire.

OWC also tossed in another upgrade in their 240GB and 480GB ME Pro 6G - they've switched form the SandForce SF-2281 controller to the SF-2282 controller. Functionally, the controllers are near identical, but the SF-2282 handles 16 byte lanes, where the SF-2281 only does 8.

The new drive configuration should give the Mercury Extreme Pro 6G a little more pop, something that's always welcome to the enthusiasts. In fact, with the new controller, this could be the fastest single SSD on the market....

so all my problem is solve after i swtich vertex3 to sata2
disable my mobo gsata3 set my sata to achi lmfao

gosh freaking waste a week of my time figuring out all this nosense
because of a lousy controller marvell got me
either im too noob or its just too waste of time

There might be some Vertex 2 and Agility 3 240gb stocks in SLS. Vertex 3 240gb is facing a shortage :/

Vertex 3 480gb could still be available in Fuwell ;)
