I bought this OCZ Vertex 3 SSD and it come with this little sticker that says "MY SSD IS FASTER THAN YOUR HDD "

I got another version of saying "My SSD got more BSODs than your HDD" :(

Sandforce issue.... My Force GT also BSODs every now and then. It seems like an issue related to TRIM and low power handling.

Intel is always the original with good reputation.

the rest paid advertisers to write the good but omit the bad.

You can try Crucial M4 series, Intel 320 (though they have a bug that affects a small percentage of the users out there)..

And i don think the DVD writer will be affected with any of those ports.

Initially i was looking at Corsair Force Series GT SATA-3 120GB.. but so far i saw many comments on Crucial M4 saying that its stable. Uhm, should i go for Crucial M4 128GB?

Crucial is using the same chipset as intel which is more stable? Anyway, I would not buy the M4 locally, ridiculously high mark up for the 120gb version..

The distros for SSDs here are really taking us for stool pigeons.. :D

BSODs every now and then on win7 is already a major turn off. My old rig has so far only BSOD 1-2 times during my 4 yrs usage. Using a normal SATA2 HDD that is with win7..

It's a substantial savings if you ordered the M4 128gb from linke. Anyway, shouldn't sata power cables be the same?:s22:
