Hi there, I frequently wake up in the middle of the night.
Root cause: cell phone or computer screen / work stress, Because week end I don't experience symptoms.
Is there any cellphone or pc that has anti glare features and good for the eyes?
2nd, is there any fast way to relief if I wake up in the middle of the night ? I used to take anarex to help me sleep quickly.

I have insomnia as well, usually trigger when I am working on that day as I am quite aroused. I will sleep for an hour or two and I wake up in the middle of the night.

Try listening to subliminal music. It helps calm your mind and you can fall asleep. It worked for me. Hope it can help you.

Just play it on your phone and soon you will fall asleep.

I feel there is some pressure on the right side of my head.
today's reason for not being able to fall asleep;
1)it's Monday, need to work again
2) weather so hot
3) body itching
4) ate too much food the day before

If stress management do not work then those suffering can also check on insufficiency/deficiency of Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin D3. The nutrients that I feel many direly lack in their diet. For me, Magnesium Glycinate allowed me to get into extended REM sleep state

Jz curious how may ppl is/are suffer insomnia?

I'm age 53 jz started insomnia last week, every night can't fall asleep, my eye close and wait for the sun to raise.

I have seen Chinese medicine, family clinic and polyclinic, but they gave me pill to release my body stress but I don't think I have due to retired in couple year ago. They don't give sleeping pill now.

Polyclinic referrals me to SGH sleep doctor specialize but SGH rejected and refused to make appointment, said not necessary but referral me to Khoo Tech Huat Hospital to see psychologist in the next 7-10 days.

Problem is, I can't sleep every night, not even fall asleep 1-2 hrs, can I wait such a long time?

How to CURE???
I mean there are many courses of insomnia and they are also many scams in the market claiming that they can actually treat insomnia.

For me personally I have tried this method:
1) use dayvigo but sparingly
2) take Lyrica and Viapex
3) don't take afternoon to nap too often
4) take TCM herb (I don't trust these but just do this anyway)
5) have a proper diet
6) take probiotics
7) see a physiotherapist
