I consulted Ms Lim at Adelphi. She wrote many articles before. Si gaporean. BUT had to warn you her price is not cheap. She will not only treat you but will always give your harsh advice. No TCM can fully treat you in 1 treatment. Have to go many times so that the doc can know how you progress..

To add..sometimes your other illness will be cured...for me Ear block on right side gone..Sinus improved..sleep better..Black Head on nose Gone..and a key to see my improvment is my tongue color after few treatment and following to her Advice as close as possible because some of her advice too hard for me to do it..generally her advice is changing some of your lifestyle..like Sleeping at 10pm is impossible for me.

I been waking up almost daily around the time my mum passed away for like 10 years. Not that i feel weird, just felt irritated that i cant sleep throughout the night.

The only time when i can zz throughout the night is when i pop zzz pills but wake up go work abit zombie. Haiz

@Charlie didn't know you could withstand such a long time without sleep. I believe it affect your daily lifestyle a lot.

my longer is suffer 3-4 days then back to normal, but again after 5-6 days it back again.

I won't be asking so detailed including PTSD. So what would you all do when you are not able to sleep?

I buy Lemon Balm tea and frankincense oil. I also eat melatonin when i cant sleep. i have some lavender essential oil next to my bed when im feeling really insomniac. Some days, i can toss and turn till the morning. terrible right?

I usually try to read books...

I buy Lemon Balm tea and frankincense oil. I also eat melatonin when i cant sleep. i have some lavender essential oil next to my bed when im feeling really insomniac. Some days, i can toss and turn till the morning. terrible right?

how is this terrible compared to me.. lol.. but I use frankincense and lavender essential oils as a claming aid for anxiety.. for sleep it's effect on me is kosong

Some Tips to sharing on Improving Sleep:

1) Stick to a sleep schedule
2) Exercise
3) Avoid napping caffeine, especially in the late afternoon
4) Find a relaxing bedtime rituals, and wind-down before sleep
5) Sleep in a cool, dark, quiet, distraction-free room
6) Sleep on a comfortable bed and pillows, preferably on your back
7) Manage the light and darkness in your home and bedroom as necessary
8) Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, heavy meals, and large amount of water in the evenings
9) If you can't sleep, move to another room or area until you are adequately wind down
10) Improve your body nutrients and Melatonin to promote natural sleep cycles

since i ord, in 2014, i been sleeping for 5 hours(MAX) and my body auto wake me up. the only way for me to sleep 8hour straight is after 5 hour, i wake up auto, force myself to sleep and repeat.. even if i sleep at 3am, 8am will wake up. 6am sleep,11am wake up.. so if i sleep early,10pm, 3am wake up.lol
oh yea, i need at least 1hr30 min to 2 hr to fall asleep too
