What are the possible causes?

Loss of jobs, job insecurity, not enough food on table?
No solution from MP?

I had PMed you.

To share, booking fee is $4, no consultation fees,
If you wanna give angpow also can.
Plus herbs about $10-$14... maybe more...
So each session will be about $30-$40 or more/less depending herbs he prescribe...

depending on your condition, sometimes a few session will do, more serious... one month plus...or more... really depends... TCM is like that...

The herbs is expensive... he will give you the formula, you go outside buy herbs also around the same price.

Its better you see him, after finish 2-3 packet, because your condition will change already, he will need to change the formula.

Hi there,

I have tried the relaxes melodies from play store.
With the peaceful rain and waterfall music, it helps me to sleep better.

Another way will be to watch boring lectures at nights.

I have been suffering for almost one month and taking sleepily her pills prescribed by psychiatrist every day. I tried not to take on some nights as I do not want to be dependent on them but each time I don’t sleep at all through the night to the morning. I have tried tcm, aroma therapy young living, piriton, Atarax, Xanax, magnesium , Passion flower, melatonin, vitamin d, relaxation techniques taught by psychiatrist, self hypnosis learnt from website, going to bed at regular timing every night. I exercise 3x a week. Do not smoke. Seldom drink alcohol, I have no worries, a happy family and a great job that is not stressful. I can go back on time everyday. I even tried using crystals recommended for sleeping. I even went for a full body check up to see if there are other problems with me or underlying heath issues that are causing this . I have been suffering for close to 8 years. Initially it’s jus every other month. Then i started getting worse n worse. Now I have to take apo zopiclone every night. It works for me. I’m very worried of addiction but no matter how tired I am I cannot sleep. I simply just zone out but can’t sleep. Please let me know if there are other doctors or any other way I can seek help. My Husband has been supportive and helping to take care of things at home with the kids etc. Thank you for hearing me out.

Zopiclone and most sleeping pills are very addictive, do be aware on this.

Sleeping pills are to help you to relax and go to sleep IF you are unable to sleep.
It must not be taken as daily consumption and this will & may create an effect of being not effective.
And so continue to experiment &or try other type of sleeping pills.
In the long run there will be no ending effect and will & may continue this insomnia.

There are other ways in resolving on not having insomnia.

Taking sleeping pills do have to be strong willed mind.
Once you have decided to sleep, then take the pill and go to bed, period.
Most pills may take about half an hour to take effect.
Should you not to take this advantage and lapse on it, then it will not work as the medicine effect will be over.

I am on some of the pills you described for 15+ years and still unable to resolve this sleep insomnia problem for years.
But i took a big step to totally stop taking and recently able to sleep well.
That is including ignoring all doctors advice on medication after-effect.

Coffee and tea may not be related to sleep at all.

How did u do it?

This would depend on many other things which may affect sleep pattern.

For me it was all those medicines i was taking that depress me and giving me problem in sleeping.
Hence i had to completely stop taking all medications and letting the doctors & psychiatrist know that i had recovered.
Although they did mentioned on side-effect on stopping medicines but after reasoning with them and with results including blood tests, then they accepted my decision but with open appointment should i need it.
Beside these i have to keep to my diet and routine have to be strictly followed.

Each person sleep pattern do varies according to own health and mind & body.
For example as other medicines may have play a role in affecting your sleep.
Diet and other habits too have to be strictly followed, for a start.
That's once your sleep pattern is known and stick to it for a period is to have your mind & body to follow the rhythm.
This may take times on how you yourself to understand your own body & mind flow in order to suit to your own needs.

When upon to sleep the most important point to take note is to avoid worrying, stress, thoughts as in keep reminding or planning, etc.
If there are such happening in your mind, then do write down for next day things-to-do lists... that's free your mind.
Once everything in your mind is clear, then you can possible able to manage to get some sleep.

I'm also having insomnia these days. I was just wondering whether is it legal to consume or possess Zopiclone without a doctor's prescription?

What diet are you adopting?

Each person diet will depend on their own health & body.

In my case for breakfast/lunch is breakfast set of 2 eggs, breads & butter.
Dinner is options on meals on fish/ chicken/duck /meat, including vegetables green.
All my meals include tea as my favourite as not so much on plain water.
Occasionally do include fruits juice as preferred juice intake.
Fish is my most common intake due to my LDL as preferred choice as to avoid supplement.
Both meals and bathing should be at least >3 hours prior to rest & sleep time.
Also stop all activities (ex surf internet) about 9.00 pm so that i could rest before sleep.

Diet has to be based on individual and may include vegetables, fruits and drinks.
Also it would include any health issue as to take real food instead on relying supplements.
Beside diet there are others factors which may affect sleep, hence be routine and regular.

What are the legal implications of consuming and possessing Zopiclone without a doctor's prescription? Incarcerated in a prison, pay a hugh fine, or both? I need to know the results of the penalty.

Already answered your query.

It is best to consult the doctor first prior to taking sleeping pills.
As there are many types of sleeping pills available as not only Zopiclone.
Legally as long as it not too much and keep it at home should not be an issue.
As doctors usually prescribed enough for a couple of weeks as it is not for long term usage without consultation.

Zopiclone is currently classified under POM status.

it is not legal in sg for one to possess and/or consume it without a doctor's prescription.
