apart from melatonin, what else is available?

my insomnia is coming back despite i tried all these,
warm shower,
warm milk,
would take 20mg of melatonin..
exercise regularly, like 7 hrs per week..

Partly, i know its arise from stress..
My mind is too active, just can't rest.

You know those bean sprout pillow/bolster that babies sleep with on their chest? You can try it. It helps me sleep.

Oh you can try listening to binaural beats or isochronic pulses to sleep. There are apps or you can YouTube it.

Sleepless no more

I used to wake up 4-5am whenever I was stressed by work pressure, domestic issue, etc. & could fall back to sleep no more & then felt sleepy when it’s time to get ready for work around 8am.
Since I started to sleep on an amazing mattress, I never wake up in the night anymore despite last 2 weeks I was so busy & my work was still piling up.

Care to elaborate more details on the mattress?

Care to elaborate more details on the mattress?
My best friend wanted to lend the mattress to me in June but I declined and only agreed to try on it for a week in early July when she approached me again. I just have to place it on top of my existing mattress, plug it in a socket, press a few buttons & sleep on it throughtout the night.
On the next day, I felt fresh when I woke up on the usual hour & due to my busy schedule, I was out from morning till night & only realize that I was full of energy the whole day when I was showering at 9+ in the evening. So I went online to do some info search & found out that it’s science, not miracle. This Japanese mattress has helped to circulate blood flow & provide human electric potential charge to my body to induce deep sleep.
It’s been 2 months since I started & yes, I am feeling fresh everyday. Although it’s not cheap (nothing fron Japan is cheap, except Daiso) but I have found my long lost energy. I am in mid-40s, I need not drag a tired body to work anymore & I could focus more, remember more & enjoy everything else more.

P/S: There’s no changes on my usual sleeping time from around 2am to 7.30am

Care to be more specific? I am open to anything that can help me sleep better.

BTW, how is your condition?
It’s an ISO certified medical device for home use from Japan that u’ll place on top of your existing mattress.
Yes, it’s selling under MLM but so what? As long as it works for me, it no more matters to me if the product is from a big retail shop, online purchase or direct sales.
Before this product, I have used several ways including 1 supplements from Japan that I can only get from Isetan’s pharmacy but all these doesn’t really helped in my tiredness, failing memory, inability to focus, etc. of which are the aftermath of inadequate quality sleep.
After I have seen improvement, I recommended to 1 of my close friend who’s suffered from bad migraine due to menopause, she had to pop 3 to 9 pills per day for 5 years just to stop the daily attack & she’s very please with the product too.
The best thing about it is that u can get a free 1-week trial & still say no if u are not convinced by the product.
Pm me if anyone is interested to try it but please don’t attack me just because u personally hate direct sales or u had bad experience in MLM - I am merely sharing my true experience here.

Btw, I am now so full of energy that I am holding 3 jobs, including working for my hubby in his metal stamping business of more than 2 decades, all thanks to it.. I am very glad, in fact am very grateful as well to the product for giving me a good quality sleep every night.

Try magnesium tablets - it acts as natural muscle relaxant. I have found I sleep better since taking

Thanks for sharing.

Just magnesium tablet alone? Care to share more details on the type you're having, like brand and cost?
