he say got nites off he rather stay in bunk...
sometimes low morale 1 in there...so damn far
he also stay in the east..near telok kurau...

im part of aetc. but ish 13fmp. technicians for their veh. ish very far in. every morning walk in also take 10mins frm the guard room.

Was a Lion at 42. Then my coy was splited during the recent ICT and my platoon is transferred to the B coy at 490 which is the ex Kaffir at 42.

Ahh.. icic..

Not too bad abt the split, jus dat alot of my coy mates ended up as spares including me but pending to d/g at the moment, so was storeman at the last ICT. My OC now was so sad cos' he used to be my PC at Lion b4 he goes to Kaffir as Coy 2IC.

just view some of the photos...the bunk and the toilet was horrigible

bunk - double decker bed, floor no tiles, so messy, cramp.
toilet - was it built in the 70's ? water everywhere...

i see liao sibeh sad...feel so depressed...if i'm a bird I rather fly else where.

I heard from my friend if you're in armour very difficult to transfer to other place.
There's a reason why its called "once armour, always armour."

the camp alot of dust de...think only way to get out of this camp is to say excuse dust lor...

Nothing to fear about Armour lah ... Armour has the mobility during movement, thus reduces walking on foot. Dusty can't be help ... the dust level in Shoal Water Bay playground is lagi worst than in TVMA or Area D. As long ex. no rain, then the vehicles and weapons maintenance not really siong.

While in movement in Area D, you will enjoy the scenery, especially at the top of Mathilda knoll at Area D. Due to area constrains, ex. is always limited to the very few routes of advance and objectives knolls from Evelyn till Silvy. Pauline is the best to do tag-team mounted assault.

There's lonely planet and there's lonely SGC..... the only only only little good thing is, and only if you manage to get outfield, are the scenary, you won't believe Singapore has such nice places...

Other then that, there is really nothing good to say about the location.

Oh, and the red dust. Drink lots of water everyday, at least it may clear some of the red dust from your body system... pyschological or not, its better than nothing...

if u posted as armor engineer pioneer...means is damn xiong all the way till ord ah? then weekend kana burn that kind??

During the training phase maybe got to burn a few weekends for your demolition live firing, there is 2, basic and adv. as for outfield is about constructing/clearing of obstacles such as con wire/pickets, block missions and also your favorite bridges xiong anot can't really comment, based on how you see it. good luck and enjoy your stay at the new premises.

wah lau...that camp super ulu...good luck if u not staying at west side...best is u r able to stay in.always pass near that chicken farm.

i always go there from my camp(pasire laba) at times cos in charge of the famous playground and the LFA.
