Hi all,

Is anyone monitoring this stock? Have been dropping steadily, any idea why?

Results announcement coming 10 Nov.

Historically dividends ~6%.

With current price, am tempted to nibble.

Been averaging down since 2H of the year

However based on te quick drop in prices,I will revise my strategy to buying in monthly or every 2 mths instead of entering at target price points.

Your faith in their business is astounding. Mind sharing why you are so confident in a uptick in future fortunes?

there is a fine line between a business of value, that is able to differentiate going through some bad patches in business. the margins should be able to maintain. business might look bad due to changes in demand and supply but margins should be tight.

a company with persistent falling margins make you question whether, its good because its just at the right place at the right time. a few have shown that in the past. Jurong Technologies, ACCA comes to mind.

they are leading in various markets but it is competitive. if there is an 'edge' then perhaps this decline means their compeititors like nestle and all are facing issues in the region. i have not done enough research on that.

the gem in their business is their ingredients business more than the ones that sell the coffee and ceral to people.

I agree, especially when Super Group just won an award :s11::

Super Wins Most Transparent Company Award for Second Year Running

Singapore, 03 November 2014 – Super Group Ltd, (“Super”, “the Group” or “超级集团有限公司”), the leading integrated instant food and beverage (“F&B”) brand owner with a regional footprint in Asia, announced today that it has received recognition for excellence in corporate transparency by winning the Most Transparent Company Award for the second consecutive year.

Organised by the Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS), the annual Investors’ Choice Awards event, now in its 15th year, honours public-listed companies and individuals who achieved excellence in advancing corporate governance practices, including promoting greater corporate transparency.

The Group was named runner-up for the Most Transparent Company Award in the Food & Beverage category. In 2013, it won the top award in the same category.

Said Chairman and Managing Director of Super Group, Mr David Teo (张 骐 牧): “We are honoured to receive the Most Transparent Company Award for the second time which is a great encouragement to us. This shows that we are on the right track and spurs us to attain even higher standards of corporate governance. We will continue to communicate relevant information in a timely, accurate and transparent manner, and hope that this will forge greater levels of trust and goodwill amongst our investors and stakeholders. “

“Moving ahead, Super Group will continue to focus on its three-pronged growth strategy - branding, product innovation and talent management - for its Branded Consumer and Food Ingredients businesses. We expect these strategies to deliver long term growth and create value for our shareholders.”

10 nov result announcement. So it's either ppl think it's bad result so sell or think it's good result so compress price to buy cheap. Either way I guess we will find out 10 nov.

Price is super tempting now though. Think will nibble tomorrow
