If Super delisted, will shareholders still get dividend?
If bought at above 1.3 (i.e. if sell will loss), is it even recommended to hold it just for the dividends?
No...usually private shareholders get badly treated one.
For the period when Super is transitioning to a private company, the dividend depends on the book closure date and when the company will be delisted. If the delisting date is after the book closure date, then it's fine, you'll get your last dividend from the company before it is privatized
they reached the >90% watermark liao, can compulsorily acquired all remaining shares at $1.30just called up SCB to accept the offer. take money first bah. for starters there is already very little float in the market. i believe they will easily delist.
you should recieve a cheque. check your mail.Is it normal not to have received the money from super group stocks yet? What is the timeline for the compulsory acquisition?
(I did not fill in the form.)
I just checked, the stocks are gone from my CDP account, but I have not received the money in my account yet.
