I am more excited to see the authority , which is going to be superman's main enemy in the future movies

Oh is that the plan? That would be cool.

But can they do it without R Rating? Or maybe it will be R rating?

Srsly. We need more Clark Kent. I mean the reporter for The Daily Planet.

Christopher Reeve had the best Clark Kent … goofy, absent minded … stuff like squeezing orange juice and not realising he pressed too hard and the squeezer would have crushed a normal human being’s hand … Lois Lane pulling stunt to try to make him reveal himself as Superman and instead he uses regular human being methods to save her … these are the things that they need to bring back.

But it's been done before.

To be honest I am not a big Superman fan. I have not found his story arcs to be interesting aside from Red Son which is an Elseworlds story.

I get that they needed to make the Superman Film first. But I don't really want him to be having several movies on his own. He could be a pop up character in other films.

Possibly Clark Kent could be present in other films and we know he's supes but the other characters dont.

Thx to the new teaser, I rewatched MoS again and really appreciate it so much more than it was first released

And is it just me or the new suit really look damn obiang siol. Want to do pay tribute to Silver Age Superman also give it a more modernized look mah

Yes, Dmn excited for MoS 2 after i fast watched at the theatres. But WB screwed up.

This is comic accurate too. Just that it captured different essence of superman vs the new James Gunn version.

Henry Cavil definitely deserved a sequel!

Was hoping to not have Lex Luther, so sick of seeing all the 101 ways he try to destroy superman, either that is doomsday, aren’t there other villains and storylines?

lex luther and king pin are the best villians... the rest are just try hards

Lex is arch enemy. He hates Superman. Hopefully Gunn has a good reason for this which will be compelling.

Lex is like the one that goes around looking for foes that could hurt Superman. Sells them a reason why they should destroy Superman. Otherwise no reason out of the blue some super powered being would want to attack Superman or know how to hurt him etc.

Only thing is it just doesn't make sense that superman dun instant kill him once and for all.

Apparently this ver. of Gunn’s Superman is already very much well-acquainted with Lex “Hitman 47” Luther, so no introduction is necessary.

Also given that the fact the symbol on his cape is actually a nod towards Alex Ross’s Kingdom Comes so hope to see how with the inclusion of the Lantern corps and the cosmic storyline feeds into the development of this Superman.

Anyway it’s gonna be heavily dependent on the Silver Age aspect of the Ang Deh Kor Superman so it won’t be as existential and realist like Synder’s Superman.

and people thought that Zack Synder was Woke with his realist ver. and God complex of a Superman, enter James Gunn into the fray and we gonna see how Woke this is gonna turn out to be LOL

In MOS first flight trailer, it feels cinematic, and the music build up to enhance the impact, particularly in his first flight scene.
Your body feels it.
Makes you cheer and encourage him.

James Gunn's trailer not much feel at all.

I like that too but the writing for MoS was terrible. Zack Snyder is a great director but he got the essence of Supes wrong. Superman is about hope.

Beg to differ. Pls rewatch MoS again. Superman already is the embodiment of Hope for Humanity was pretty much discussed and even questioned by the human faction throughout the movie.

MoS was trying to understand why he chose to be the embodiment of Hope for humans and what kind of sacrifices and consequences he needs to face and take against Zod

But with the blood coughing out, should not be first flight, likely from a fight, which he likely ended but sustain those injuries.
