Checked the portal yesterday and found that I have been offered admission! However, no email was sent to me and was unable to download the admission letter in the portal. Should I be worried? Please help :/

Was offered ytd and still haven't received email either :/ I can download the admission letter though! Maybe you can try logging in to your JAP, bc my offer is there

I am a poly graduate, so I dont have access to JAP :". I checked my status through the SUSS applications portal

i think the matriculation package will be coming after the 1st phase. somewhere around mid-june
