I think its like a waiting list? if somebody in the accepted list decline the offer, and you are next in line, u will be 'pushed' up and got accepted!

ohhh, so you have to go through the interview too? will you be on the waiting list 'forever'? haha like say if this year intake no space then next year maybe got chance.
