Do try to avoid picking modules with lessons on consecutive days as the exam days are usually the same

eg.
module A lessons on Tue and module B lessons on Wed <- lessons on consecutive days
the exam days would most likely fall on the same week, on Tue and Wed <- consecutive days

SHUCKS! I have 2 mod that is side by side...

I registered for 4 mod. Now i kinda of regret..

If i haven pay school fees, can still add/drop mod????

I just tried to select my modules and I am only allowed to select 4 modules (20CUs) and I don’t get to choose which modules I want to take first, they give me the exact 4 and I can choose 20CU or lesser.

Is it supposed to be like this? Like they preplanned your journey and courses for you already. I mean I don’t mind but I was just surprised that I don’t really get to choose except for how many out of the 4 modules I want to take hahaha.

I went to register for 4 mods without thinking after getting my final offer on last friday. Now kinda of reget cos 2 of the modules' exam days are side by side; and i am not really confident of coping 4 modules with full time job :(

Just wondering if anyone got accepted by only having a private diploma + working experience. I have emailed the school about this and they told me to submit my SAT and it will be considered on a case by case basis.. Obviously i don’t have SAT as i’m a singaporean and have never taken them.

Also, do i have to submit the e-application then head down to the school to submit the CTC documents or i can just apply and submit everything in the school? Thanks in advance
Yes, i got accepted bu having a SIM diploma but i went to take the SAT.
This is part of their requirement if you applying through private diploma.

Some theories that you will be learning can be applied in across the 4 modules.

SWK104/105 is life span development, the concept/theories you learn in SWK104 can appear in SWK105 and vice versa.

Concept/Theories in PSY108 seminar 1 (human development) can also appear in SWK104/105.

For PSY107/108 exam, you don't need to study all chapters.

Exam format for PSY107,
6 questions in section A (choose 4 out of 6), tested seminar 1~6
3 questions in section B (choose 2 out of 3), tested seminar 3~6

Seminar 1/2 is lighter chapters, so basically you just need to choose seminar 1 or 2 plus three seminars from seminar 3~6 to tackle section A & B, in which, total 4 seminars out of 6.

Exam format for PSY108,
6 questions in section A (choose 4 out of 6), tested seminar 1~6a & 6b
3 questions in section B (choose 2 out of 3), tested seminar 1~6a & 6b

PSY108, basically you need to study 5 out of 7 seminars, seminar 6a (Personality) rarely come out in section B as section B more towards application question. My recommendation is to skip seminar 6a.

PSY108 Seminar 1 - Human Development
PSY108 Seminar 2 - Learning
PSY108 Seminar 3 - Emotion and Motivation
PSY108 Seminar 4 - Social Psychology
PSY108 Seminar 5 - Psychological Disorders
PSY108 Seminar 6 - Personality (6a) and Stress & Health (6b)
