The government subsidy should be auto unless you opt out during your admission application submission

As for the rest of financial aids like bursary and study awards, there is a separate application form to be completed

Bursary got a period of time once you’ve enrolled as a student then you can apply.

Each module = 5 credits
3 modules = 15 credits
1 sem = 6 months
15 credits in 6 months
30 credits in 1 year

Basic degree @ 130 credits
Honours @ 170 credits

Time taken to complete basic deg = 130 / 30 = 4.5 years

Time taken to complete honours deg = 170 / 30 = 6 years

According to the website: “students who are awarded scholarships/sponsorships/study grants, which are meant to cover the tuition fee only, can concurrently hold the MOE Bursary.”
