why? If you're traveling, most decent hotels have nice lap pools or even if its oddly shaped, still big enough to swim laps.
If you're staying overseas long term, UK, US, Japan, even China, most places have decent gyms which at least have 25m lap pools. Even in Shenzhen, I was swimming in Queen Spa nearly every day I was there, although the water was like 10 degrees.... brrr.....
Ever swam in a stationary pool? The sensation is so odd. You're swimming and swimming and still in the same place. I find it sometimes even better than an actual swimming pool as you don't have to lose speed at each turn. You really lose track of time. Only time I swam in one was in Abu Dhabi though. Havent seen them in Singapore.

In swimming, the right technique use along with a good streamlining body are most of the important factor. And most importantly.....a good sense of timing...eg able to execute the stroke at the right time to gain max effect.![]()
Weekend is here again. Enjoy your swimming.
Chance upon this video showing 2 great TI master... one from Japan and the other from USA swimming side by side on their swimming skill. Please enjoy.![]()

For more good health and stay injury free longer... I would choose swimming over weight lifting or even running. Are you not residing in singapore? Anyway.. today weather is bad. Started to drizzle at this point of writing.![]()
