anyone still with Reit+... SG reit is quite low now..is it time to buy in ?

or any alternative from reit+ ? reit+ is paying monthly admin which is quite siong.
I didn't touch my REIT+ during the last 2 years of stock market swings.. It has pretty much recovered now and is self-funding anyway.. Some folks will buy, sell, buy, sell whereas I prefer to ride out the storm as long as the future is still promising.

5% down still ok lah... I bought my REIT+ around late 2020 although I wish I entered around Mar 2020 :D That's life, anyway. Look forward, with interest rate hike slowing down and eventually, FED will cut down rates gradually, REIT stocks should be recovering faster next year.

But paying the admin fee so regularly is painful

Not so bad lah... I would imagine each REIT stock would be paying 3% - 4% dividend yield depending on your purchased price.. Syfe REIT+ admin fee is like 0.XX % per annum I think? The portfolio should be self-funding.

Actually mutual fund is same. It is deducted and then reflected in the final nav. To investors thought no see but it is done already. But psychologically feel good no see any fee deduction transaction.

Individual stock,ETF is deducted at point of sales so see one time no need see recurring unless you buy again separate transaction.

You just need to understand how each investment instrument works and then won't feel so painful. Mutual fund did a "good" job to hide make investor see nothing 😆

Same here. I used to put in a couple of hundreds every month and stopped doing so about 1 year ago. Maintained it at $10K, received about $1K dividends so far but I'm still a few hundreds down, how is it possible?

Is this the time to topup? Seemed bottomed?
It would be better if you DIY to save on the fees. But if you lazy then yes put lump sum and Syfe take over.

If DIY I recommend poems using cash management type pay < 1 comm fee and ETF go into your CDP. CLR CFA are common favourite. This DIY means no need pay fees recurring to Syfe

Past week or so most S-REIT is starting to bounce up. I guess yours is buy in much earlier hence still negative. If you follow same as I do a few months ago and start buying when almost every single reader is spitting smelly saliva on S-REIT today you should see green color. Overall green color (becuz some are misses) for me and I just got dividends from Keppel Infra.
