Totally crashed yesterday, looks like it will continue to drop today. Looks like a good time to get in.

Now mine is a whopping 51% Bond and 7% cash.
Really reluctant to top up because of this.

Doeant matter actually. When they detect the all clear they will switch from bonds to reits

If you dont like this then should diy

My goodness. Such qn is very funny. If you didnt sell when the price is high, why do you want to sell when the price is low?

they just switch bond to reit lei ..

syfe and stashaway ... meant for long term investment

short term - go thru SGX stock trading platform to buy and sell ...

How much percent loss compared to Feb'20, s-reits still under free falling

so far only have their global portfolio, let's see what they present, maybe i finally start with REITs

More reits so has to be iEdge S-REIT 20 Index

More control - wait for them to say it officially

Saw the new enhanced Reits+ in the app. 100% reits without bonds.

Anyway i have further feedback for an option of a 100% REITs portfolio without ARI. Lets see whether they offer this option. Guess this is what many would be interested in?

And they are working on iEdge S-REIT 20 Index which is great imo. Better than a black box proprietary methodology

They now offer 2 variations: either 100% REIT or with risk management (REIT + bonds)

I think will start with 100% REIT portfolio now, already have Global with 15% DR

Looks like they have been working on customer feedback
