Same question, since Syfe got 5 free trades per month, wonder if its cheaper to buy on it as compared to SCB??

I have yet to use the app, so another related queation: do they take a cut when you buy in SGD (like give you an unfavourable interest rate etc.)

Got 5 free trades mean save at least $50 liao as compare to SCB

well guys I realize that IWDA is only available in Syfe Wealth under custom portfolio, not available under Syfe Trade (so the 5 free trades don't apply). So under Syfe Wealth custom, can choose IWDA, fees is 0.65% per year for blue tier (20K and below).

I believe Syfe Trade is for US listed stocks, so you cant buy IWDA but you can buy its US listed equivalent VT, which is not bad at all. There is 30% dividend witholding tax on US stocks but I think it is worth it.

Syfe Wealth do not provide SuSA, all such etfs too (all these not domiciled in London/Europe too)
but it has ESGU, ESGD

i rem the list is not exhaustive by Syfe

After getting familiar with ETF finally try Syfe Wealth Select Custom feature. But I did not put multiple ETF inside a single portfolio. I create one custom portfolio one ETF. Hence I got multiple custom portfolio each with one ETF. Wondering if any investor organise the same way.

I already got UT that cover countries so I go for thematic ETF like Energy,Metals,Rare Metals, Agribusiness, Infrastructure etc. And countries where UT fund manager find hard to beat the country index like Indonesia,Thailand,Latin America. Highly aggressive like my Endowus simply becuz my safer investment is nested in FSM aka soccer defenders and defensive midfielders. Syfe and Endowus are my soccer strikers.

Btw using mobile app the Portfolio Edit and Delete icon quite close so ppl with fat fingers must tap carefully. IMO the UI for Edit should be aligned left and Delete aligned right to prevent accidental tap wrong icon.

If one custom portfolio you put say 8 ETF with different percentage then when you fund with 100 each ETF may not get nice exact amount for invest. So with one portfolio one ETF I control the exact amount for invest and also partial selling I control how much for each ETF

Syfe is so intiutive and ez , i believe if u can FSM/Endowus, syfe is NOT an issue using interface

Already funded to all the custom portfolio but now is weekend so must wait next week see invested. Also share what ETF I get all thematic and some country specific

Later try out the 2 free trades per month see how. I not really US supporter but free and got fractional shares very tempting

Personally I think provider should give more options say 1000 for a start? Afterall there are about 8000+ ETF in US exchanges? 100 out of 8000 is too little so perhaps 1000 is good. FSM UT number about 1000+ so many until you choose and choose also cannot finish.
