Hopefully sifus can help me understand the liquids rule for handcarry luggage
I was under the impression that the rule states that the amount of liquid carried cannot be more than 100ml
So sometimes i will have mouthwash / plain water in 500ml or more bottles, but the liquid inside only a little bit, maybe because i left 1 dose (mouthwash) or just a sip of water
Sometimes I will kenna caught by customs, they will insist cannot even thought the liquid is only a little bit
other times they let me through
I research online and the way the rules are worded seems the rule is specific to the size of the bottle, not the amount of liquid in it; so 100ml full bottle is ok but 500ml bottle with a little bit inside is not
Can someone help to clarify
