What happened to Hisense?I bought my TCL in 2021.
It is working strong until now. I am a light user though.
Since Hisense screwed me up, I decided to buy another TCL again. Hopefully its as reliable.![]()
They missed the promised delivery date. Model changed 1 day before next scheduled date. Google TV was OOS so they wanted to replace with their Vidaa OS model. I said sorry no. Cancelled order.What happened to Hisense?

bought their roam ultra recently, when delivered, got 1 small dirt underneath the screen. being OCD, i dont like and took photo and send to their support.
after that they came to check my set and do 1 to 1 exchange. 2nd set change liao got few scratch marks on the screen after deliver, when the delivery guy go back already then i noticed and immediately reported to customer service, they without a single question immediately do 1 to 1 exchange.

About a month ago, my parents-in-law ordered a TV from TCL via Shopee. The order status was marked “delivered” yet no TV ever arrived. It turns out they had no stock, and even worse, couldn’t give any delivery timeline, not even an estimate.
Despite repeated follow-ups, all we got were generic, copy-paste replies with zero useful information. Out of frustration, my wife decided to call them directly. The person who answered had a bochap (couldn’t care less) attitude, and even had the audacity to insist she WhatsApp them instead of calling.
When she pushed for a proper answer over the phone instead of getting looped into another round of waiting, the staff reluctantly said they’d call back. A few days later, their brilliant “solution” was to offer a lower-end, cheaper model as a replacement and no delivery timeline as usual!
Eventually, it was found out that the particular model my parents-in-law ordered was actually discontinued when my wife make enquiry about this model pretending to be a potential buyer.
We promptly proceed with refund.
Absolutely ridiculous.
