Any recommendations on what's for tourist nearby?
Am trying to find more reasons to go over the area other than just touch and go.
I think its near diver city as well with the huge gundam.

Now I'm pretty stuck w my itinerary.

I'm staying in Tokyo Bay area for disney land & will be moving over to shinjuku to stay after.
Teamlab Planet happens to be in between both places, which now I'm kinda stuck.

1 hour train ride (3 transfer) from Shinjuku
or 40 min ride from tokyo bay.

And I've 2 big luggage to carry if I decide on visiting while transiting hotel, but base on team lab's site they are unable to store my luggages.
The only hope is for me to use luggage transfer services but i think its around $40-70 and no idea if it can legitly reach without getting lost.

Any suggestion or recommendation?

Luggage delivery is safe but may only reach next day (need to check), so might be troublesome for families to pack separate bags for the interim period. The nearby train station is small, so v few lockers.

Not sure if joypolis will be fun for your kids. Overall, I find odaiba boring.

Do you wanna drop Teamlab an email?
seems like there are conflicting info on their website.
https://planets.teamlab.art/tokyo/
About baggage
・Free lockers are provided.
After you pass the entrance gate, you can put your baggage in the locker.
Locker have two size.
25cm wide x 40cm deep x 50cm high
25cm wide x 40cm deep x 75cm high
・For baggage of size exceeding the above, we can not keep it because there is no cloak.
Please understand beforehand that suitcases with sizes exceeding the above size will be managed with a wire lock in the stroller storage area.

Toyosu Market 豊洲市場 is nearby Teamlab Planets, if you are are interested in the fish market that shifted from Tsujiki. Daiwa Sushi and Sushi Dai have also moved here (note that they close at 1, 2 pm).

Further south is Small Worlds Tokyo. https://www.smallworlds.jp/en/

Further down is Odaiba, like what you have mentioned.
At DiverCity, there's this Poop Museum (https://unkomuseum.com/tokyo/), which I thought was over-rated (but still fun for my young kids). There's also a Round 1 Stadium, which has a larger variety of entertainment than their usual Round 1 arcades. If you are into Gundam, then there's the Gundam Base store for you to shop in.

Near to Divercity (< 10 mins walk) is the mini Statue of Liberty and the view of the Rainbow Bridge.

And < 5 mins walk from the mini Statue, is DECKS Tokyo Beach shopping mall, where there is Joypolis (take note of the age limits and/or height limit for their attractions). There is also Legoland Discovery Center and Daiba Game Hall.

If you do drop by Odaiba, you can consider depositing your luggage at the paid lockers that are available before (https://goo.gl/maps/2e22B2HvqGh3DyZN7) and after gantry (https://goo.gl/maps/B1UjqFAQFzgJ63W69) in Tokyo Teleport metro station, which might be easier when you transit to Shinjuku later.

Again, depending on where you are visiting in Odaiba, this might not be the optimal place to store your luggage for pick-up later. All the shopping malls there should have lockers though you may want to check on their capacity. The other train stations, Daiba (https://goo.gl/maps/irWt3vgMwbbDkrjf7) and Odaiba-kaihinkōen (https://goo.gl/maps/HA7UfpKacD2Qh9nG7) have limited number of lockers though.

Oh, there's the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (further south from all the areas mentioned above in Odaiba) in case you are interested.

The last time i went... i saw a lot of lockers available... coz we are not supposed to bring any handbags or carry ons due to the activities inside... there are definitely some large lockers for luggages... we also saw a lot of pple lock their luggages at the stroller parking area... coz there are some sort of locking chain for the strollers... so some pple just lock their luggages there instead...

Their Teamlabs experience is definitely worth going... the one in Singapore pales in comparison...

I went to the one in Tokyo before... it is not knee high... its probably abt 10-20cm height of water... before entering will need to remove and keep the shoes... and after the water exhibits they will provide towels to dry your feet... the whole experience is done very pleasantly...

There is also a room the floor is full of bean bags... this might prove a bit tricky for elderly... my mum skipped this room coz she is unable to navigate the bean bags... the kids as usual had a blast with all these fun stuff...

Do you have any idea how big are the storage at the paid locker in the 2 places you mentioned? I my luggages are pretty big and might not fit in :(
Tried looking at Teleport station's site but am unaable to get any details.
I've emailed both Rinkai line's email and Diver city. Hopefully they can get back to me...

My bags are 78cm by 35cm by 56cm x 2 haha...

https://en.japantravel.com/article/...ies/32704#:~:text=2.,be all occupied by 11am.
I found this online
w to use them

1. Locate the lockers in a train station, generally they will have signs to point you in the right direction near the exits.

2. Choose the correct size of locker for your luggage that has a key in it.

There are three general sizes as follows: Small 35cm x 34cm x 57cm, Medium 57cm x 34cm x 57cm, and Large 117cm x 34cm x 57cm. Side note if you need a larger locker, you need to get to it early as these can be all occupied by 11am. Also if there are no large lockers left there are generally other places to store luggage around the station. Check out Sagawa Luggage storage in the Tokyo area.

3. Place your money in the locker in ¥100 coins, the amount can be found on the locker door.

4. Turn the key, remove it from the locker and put it somewhere safe so as not to lose it. Note the number of the locker if it is not printed on the key as this will save you valuable time later when trying to get your things out in a hurry to catch the train.

For the Tokyo Teleport station, managed to find this (search term: 東京テレポート駅 locker)
https://coinlocker.click/tokyoteleport-rinkai-station.php#no1(google translate the page if required)
if you scroll down, their dimension for the "Large" locker is 84cm x 35 cm x 64 cm.

On another site (https://yoyutama.com/1591.html), the dimension is listed as 84.2 cm x 34.2 cm x 57.5 cm.

Maybe it's better that you get confirmation from them (Rinkai and Divercity).
Should be okay, so far my email enquiries to Japanese malls and information centers does get replied.
