hmm... I think you should go for the school of IT de. That is where you will get your time table and your matriculation card. You should be able to see your AO/CP if nothing goes wrong. (which did for me that time... and mine was not even an overnight camp... is more of day orientation... =[) As for the other camp/workshop, if I am not wrong, it should be more of a get-to-know-more-about-TP sort of camp ba. At least for my year is like that. Would be good if you attend both camps. Hope this help.

haha, workshop quite boring la, just interact with your classmates, then cheer and cheer la. quite lame. but ya, have to go because of your classmates. build some bond first.

Poly life can be slack or tough depending on what kind of grades you are looking for.

I'm also a slacker who most of the time do assignments at the last minute. I'm from Internet & Multimedia Development and this course is more project based compared to other IT courses in TP i think.

This sem I got 6 projects, 7 presentations, and 2 exams. My friend from engineering got 5 exams.

I agree with you cheers are boring, that's why I only went for my School of IT 2 Days orientation instead of TP Freshmen Orientation camp.

Glad that I went cos I get to meet and mingle with my new classmates and Care Person. Also can settle all admin stuffs on that day. I'm sure you wouldn't wan to be isloated one the 1st day of school where everyone in your class knows each other except you. Well of course if you are the very social type of person, I guess this wouldn't be a problem for you.

But wait, if you are a very social person, of cos you won't miss the orientation camp rite? LOLz.

well, design school may seems wild and slack for most outsiders but actually we are serious when it comes to work.Your grades will suffer if you do not complete your work on time or not up to standard. of course, its always up to you if you decides to skip classes or consultations.i think every courses requires you to put in the effort and not slack your way through =)

it is indeed rather hectic in design school but if you have the passion and tolerance,i think u'll go far. just remember to put in your best and accept other's comments. its not really nice when it comes to crits but yups, the industry is probably worse. haha

welcome to design school if you're one of our freshmen this year.be sure to join orientation camp =)
