Yes, but thats not the end of it, that 38euros can pack a lot of items. Like A LOT. So hence, if you are able to find a group of buyers to buy stuffs from there it will be the best option to save on shipping.

FYI read up the reviews before considering. Not much temps reduction also for just the heatsink only.

At most 5-7degC according to reviews. So if you want the best out from it, the pcie is way to go.
