Tesla is like once in a century superstar stock which defies prediction using intrinsic value calculation.

My concern is it is becoming more like a meme stock based on hype although the hype is extremely unusual and long due to many die-hard Elon fans and Tesla marketing itself like a 'Future-Tech' larger than life energy company to 'give hope to mankind' with a trip to Mars.

But eventually like the movie 'Margin Call', the song will stop singing, and bubble will burst because in the long run you can never beat fundamentals such as having enough cash flow through earnings to match its price.

Tesla is no Bitcoin as like any large cap business, it has huge operating expenses to upkeep.

Once that happens, the stock will crash like no tomorrow back to fair value of only about USD300+ or worse below, pulling many victims along the way and instead of Mars, tua you all to Holland, ending in Bedok Reservoir.

Moreover comes next year, Tesla will face intense EV competition from multiple fronts, including Lucid (hemmed by former Tesla VP of Eng), GM, Ford, Conti cars, not forgetting those from Tiong.

Cisco is a lesson in history on what happen when a bubble burst. As expected, Cisco still survive til this day but it never managed to hit it all time high even after 20 long years.
remember this, just because it's a good company does not mean the stock price is good too. Tesla can either be an Microsoft in 20 years time but it equally has has much probability I become a Cisco as well, always take control of your risk management and do not fomo and all in.
