I've never heard of Ponos Industries but after googling the name, it looks like they're basically just trolling big corporations offering to buy shares at huge discounts or premiums. They did the same thing with AT&T and Oracle last year

It's deceptive. Not actually at a premium since they can keep extending the offer until the share price exceeds the offer price.
