My real account is also buying the 4 counters, but in smaller magnitude. The average prices are also close to the practising account.Wow, imagine if it is real

Or it could go up even more after Battery Day.

Wow, imagine if it is real
Its not likely to happen in real life, not many people will put 100k into just 4 stocks, especially if the 100k is all of their capital.
Reason being?
My SG portfolio comprises of mainly 2-5 counters over the past 7 years. As for US, Tesla is 1 of only 5 counters held
Concentration risk.
What is your capital and how many stocks are you holding?
need to drop the line
gxgx
buying tesla is like preparing to lose 60% when shiat hits the fan

I think the risk is the same as buying n holding penny stocks.
It is better to focus on your real acct than the paper 1.My real account is also buying the 4 counters, but in smaller magnitude. The average prices are also close to the practising account.

Concentration risk also depends on risk tolerance to a good extent
2 for SG, 5 for US
Risk tolerance only affects how much risk one is willing to take, it doesn't change the definition of concentration risk.
7 stocks is actually quite aggressive, especially if your capital is a non-trivial sum like 6 figures.
Maybe net worth is 8 digit?
Investable net worth 8 digit even more unlikely to put all into just a few stocks. All the fund managers who manage big money all own at least 30 stocks, the bigger the portfolio the more stocks they own.
Unlikely doesn’t mean not possible
Unlikely means very very few ppl do it, and for obvious reasons.
During normal time, yes spread the risk, for this period of time, the tech sector is winning big big time. spreading risk becomes diluting ..Investable net worth 8 digit even more unlikely to put all into just a few stocks.
