The fund is required to cap their holdings of a single stock to max 10% of the fund. As Tesla share price shoot off, it will exceed 10%. Hence they have to sell some to keep within 10%.

cause if you really want to get it, you can just do market order and you will get it.

Placing limit order at below but close to recent one week trading price is considered arbitrary !
