I dun read news as extension as u. But reading too much doesn't mean one is an expert. From Day 1 i buy shares, I understand that there is a risk. Investment is just a nice name. Everything is a gamble. Ur company can be good or whatever, but still can wind up. Once I put money into it, if it crashes, either cut loss or hold till it goes up again. Just like dbs, uob, sti etf, reits. Go down u buy, go up u sell, no money, u either hold or sell at loss. I am left with little usd and dun intent to top up yet, so if i want to buy tesla, i can only hope for it to go to 5xx. Everyone's scenario is diff. No good or bad, each individual is responsible for themselves. As long as can sleep soundly every night, nothing is wrong.

Layman view... No doubt it is a meme stock but it does have its value in it. It's just luck. I have been bidding for it at 380 since last year but that time, the lowest it went i remember was 381. Then i kept queuing and low ball it, still missed by narrow margin. It kept going up to around 890. I first bought at 850. When it went to 890, i was contemplating to sell or not. Ended up I hold and missed the chance. It plunged to the current state. The only thing to blame is my hesitation to sell and not selling. I believe it will rise again, but perhaps not within months this time round. Just hold and wait, like how u hold sti etf.

U dunno stocks fluctuate? U mean u never buy on dip to average down and sell when up? U mean once crashed will never return? This is not SIA or Singtel, crashed and never return to pre-covid level, which are overall downtrend. And, I have holding power, so what's wrong with hoping it to crash and accumulate? I'm hoping dbs to crash again to at least 20. What's weird? We are not like u, ownself no buy and instill fear into others.
