Who watched Tesla's Investor Day?

The mystery car will be for the mass market. Got this understanding because it will not use rare earth magnets in its motors:

1. Economy car for mass market
2. Lower acceleration power (eg 1-100km/h in 10 secs), lower max speed (maybe only 160km/h)
3. Lighter, may use structural elements as exterior (cybertruck design idea), to reduce manufacturing costs.
4. No downgrades in software (FSD etc). Because software doesn't have weight.

This car will compete against the cheapest EV that BYD can offer, and will obliterate all other cheap Chinese EVs in the international market.

Of course, the TSLA stock already overpriced. Too much expectation built in.

I use fractional shares to test water and my view is this stock super volatile not suitable for long investors. Suitable for traders that like the big swing up and down. I will steer away. I "own" them via US mutual fund instead.
