While the process of offering is not that slow, we still need to wait till next month than know further detail

Hmmm... How do u know we must still wait until next month so as to know further details? Did IBF told you folks when to go down to their office @ MAS Building to sign the Official Offer Letter?

They told us in an email there will be a mandatory briefing next month. The details on where and when will be told on a later date. We will be processed individually between trainee, IBF and the hiring company.

I have no clue on what letter needs to be signed or am I needed to head over to their office.

Yes maybe can consolidate the questions here, and i can email the IBF guy to check. i just emailed this morning to check on roughly when will be the briefing held.. i think all shortlisted candidates will be there for the briefing and thereafter routed to your respective employers for more details. i actually still have some clarifications that i need to check with them.. Maybe you guys picked up during the webinar earlier. But my list of questions are as below:

1) Are we entitled to childcare leave apart from the 21 days of AL.
2) Are we covered by for medical reimbursement or benefits. (i think someone asked this during the webinar. but i cant rem)
3) Will there be a plan, that ensures that the candidate for the 18mths or 24mths, will be coached and trained on the specified route.
4) how will that be tracked and if IBF is also there to help to ensure that the candidates are on the right track.

Feel free to add on more guys.. i think we should get together and have a TFIP batchie 2020 group chat as well..

Hi there everyone, recently, I went through 1 round of phone interview with DBS (on last Fri @ 6pm sharp!) pertaining to the Cloud track. The lady interviewer very politely apologised for the lateness in contacting the candidates as there are simply overwhelming volume of candidates applying this programme. She also told me that hopefully they may update me again on the outcome either this week or next week. Hope this info still helps everyone here in 1 way or another. All the best to all those that still stands a chance to secure a place in any of the TFIP tracks.

May I ask if anyone here went through a second round of interview with DBS for the Cloud track?

Any suggestions for the preparation of their 2nd interview/questions asked? If only you dun mind, kindly share your experience please? Thank you!

Just got called up. Its a pre selection call with HR, they will let us know the results this week or early next week.

Do not be surprised... the lady interviewer asked me do I know how much is the "training allowance"? She also asked me do I know whether the allowance is subjected to any CPF contribution? She also asked will & have I ever also considered other tracks such as CS? And if I am given more than 1 choice to pick how do I go about deciding which to take?

I am open to creating it for the masses, mainly for those in TFIP batch 2020 for discussion purposes and info update. But eventually i am guessing we will all spin off to the various other smaller groups of classmates within each respective paths.. but keeping the network is vital for people like us, who are already jumping in late..
