Yeah. That’s why I’m not entirely sure how they did their screening for eligible applicants too. I got lucky to get invited, and I’m guessing there are many others similar to my situation made it past the screening and was invited for the assessment too.

Did u state all ur credentials down clearly in ur resume?

For those who received the invitation, do u have relevant CS background?

If so, can share more on ur CS related skillsets?

If not, what are your work/education background?
I did state the certificate title clearly. I didn't put up the credentials (for verification purposes), but i did up my LinkedIn profile link in the form.

The 1st question in the registration link is about whether did you complete NS or completed a degree for at least 2 years whichever later, did u pick Yes or No?

Ohh. I ticked yes. Cus that point I thought i ORD more than 2 years already. So it counts, until I watched the video after I submitted the application then realised it should had been no. Hahahahaah! But I don’t think it matters that much, after all they should had anticipated people filling up the form wrongly or checked the application correctly. 😂

Does diploma count for point 3?

I think so.

Have to graduate from degree/diploma or completed National Service (whichever is later and where relevant) for at least 2 years.

If u diploma then take degree after that, need to graduate from degree for at least 2 years.

That probably matters, because I ticked No, and till now I didn't receive any assessment link. (Application was in late June 21)

I am a regular in air force since 2013 but only complete my part time degree in 2019 Nov, but granted if selected work will start in 2021 Dec so technically I am totally eligible.

On the another hand, I did post this concern to IBF before, and yet they replied this.

"Without looking at your resume, it is difficult to make an assessment. However, if your route to your degree is "Complete Diploma > Signed on RSAF > Complete Degree in 2019", we will take into account your RSAF working experience prior to you pursuing your degree"

Oooo. So does that mean they will consider your working experience rather than your degree? Like that maybe they count my working experience also?

From what i saw on the MyCareerFuture website, we are suppose to have degree/diploma from STEM discipline. I graduated with a banking degree last year but i had a IT diploma. So i assumed the 2 year graduation period requirement is based on the STEM diploma. If not, den i guess goodluck to ppl like us

P.S. I also did receive the assessment for CS

So after the assessment, successful candidate should expect an interview this or next month?
Not sure our resumes are under review of the banks first than let us choose which banks we interested. Or Ask us first which banks we interested and send our resume to the banks for selection.
