I think in 5 years will still require human intervention, but at a more personalized and specialized manner, instead of the current 'administrative tasks'.

I just selected a unit for BTO, so the lack of CPF is going to be financially tight for me

if you need CPF funds then perhaps you would need to top up our CPF with cash.
5.5k allowance should cater some portion for CPF top up.

I just took the test and one thing to consider is to prep yourself with the Agile Manifesto Values and Principles before taking the assessment. Btw, I wish u all the best and hope that u get ur 1st choice.

Interestingly, I had taken Agile courses, had failed PSM 1 by 3% and yet not invited for assessment.

While my complete noob wife actually got an invitation for Agile assessment.

I'm quite curious how they pick individuals.

Not sure if IBF uses a resume screening system to look for key words to flag out 'relevant' resumes for evaluation / to send invitation.

If true, resumes needs to be filled in carefully with explicit mentions of relevant key words OR the screening system is bad..

I suspect that likelihood is higher that IBF reserve Agile, digital matketing specialisations for applicants with zero IT background which also makes sense since such candidates will find it difficult to do well in other specialisations.

Like wise, I have basic cyber security degree, CompTIA security+ and passed the CISSP exam but yet didn't receive invitation for the CS assessment. Totally surprised.

I received the invitation, but have no relevant CS or tech background.

Came from civil engineering.

As for me, I'll only be completing my degree in computer science and cyber security by December this year. I stated everything clearly in the application such as my expected graduation date and credentials such as CEH certification. Not really sure if they would kick me out during the interviewing process if they were to know that I'll only be completing my degree this year.

Individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Technology Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing, Agile IT Project Management and User Experience Design and who fulfil the following pre-requisites may apply:

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Minimum 21 years old
• Graduated or completed National Service (whichever is later and where relevant) for at least 2 years
• No prior work experience in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Technology Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing, Agile IT Project Management or User Experience Design
• Any applicant with outstanding obligations to previous sponsorship(s) will not be allowed to participate.
• Must not be a shareholder# of the hosting financial institution, or its related companies
• Must not be related to the owner(s)^ of the hosting financial institution
• Must not be immediate ex-staff of the hosting financial institution or related entities
