Edit: Received another email from UBS to do the culture appraisal.

I just got another online assessment for another foreign bank via email. Different companies should have different ways of shortlisting candidates...

Can I check how old are u? I opined they would likely prefer people in their 20-30s.

ditto for UBS, they seem to prefer younger staff at least for their ops side.
not sure for their IT team structure average age range.

well there are other participating FIs so better don't pin your hope on a selected few.
just go with the flow since the attachment has no guarantee of permanent role.

even my younger ex colleague in cloud computing track previously also left once she completed the attachment duration.

she has since moved on into a sales related role which she wanted to try out.

i think her objective was to be able to save up more for her BTO reno cost, imagine the cash generated 5.5k * 18 mths.
wouldn't really say she was that interested in cloud computing though and since she was from smu previously, can expect their students to be very vocal during interviews.

I hope to know it too. I see from previous post you can try to email to IBF and enquire about the assessment result.
