Thanks for sharing EvilPikachu. If your info is accurate, then I guess that would mean no more pain in waiting for the rest of us still hoping to get into TFIP within 2020. Once again, all the best to those who already gotten the offer.

Not sure though, maybe there are still other banks interviewing. They mentioned there will be another one with the bank itself depending on the bank’s schedule.

There could be second n third briefings.. Just like how there were second waves of applications

No, yesterday UOB invited me for interview but I turned them down as I have already accepted OCBC's offer. I received OCBC's offer of acceptance last Thursday. I interviewed w OCBC way back. Just to be clear, the email was sent by TFIP, kind of like on behalf of OCBC.

How far back is your interview?
It’s been 2 weeks since my interview with Stand Chart, and the wait is really nerve-wrecking

I believe so, I also not signing the contract yet nor being notified the briefing despite I just done the in principle acceptance of the offer since Monday. Will see how it goes. The IBF contact person notified me that i am the last one in the list to contact for my FI. Not sure about other FI though.

Hi all, I just got a call from SCB for an interview for the DA track - quite a shock cos I had already given up on my application for TFIP... also, they called at 830am in the morning:/

Wanted to ask for those that have already attended this interview what should I be expecting? Will there be a lot of technical questions?

Any news for those who attend JP Morgan’s interview ? I’m getting worried.... seems like my chances are getting low...

Congrats DAWL123! Really Happy For You! 守得云开终见月明! You were so persistent & didn't give up! Great attitude! Which FI & which track? DA in JPM?

Anyone got any comments on the data analytics job market atm and in near future? Is the competition for jobs highly competitive?

Somewhat related question, any websites that forecast job demand for particular industries in Singapore? Or any other resources to help with this? I've been looking at making a career change from engineering but hard to tell what the job market is like. I know I can look at how many job ads are posted but hard to tell if they're genuine, duplicated and how many apps they get.

I watched the news yesterday. Seems to me Big Data and AI are the way to go.

Congrats Neng002. GS's offer is even better in my personal opinion.

May I ask did SGX &/or Prudential interview u at all? If yes, how many times they interviewed u?

How did u know u were rejected? They emailed u to inform u that u are unsuccessful?

How long ago was your interview with GS before they finally offer u on last Wed? How many rounds of interviews u had with GS?

Once again, a heartfelt congratulation to your offer obtained from such a good FI like GS.

Thanks Kingdom.

SGX no interview... Prudential interviewed me back in June. Just had one phone interview and was informed to expect another technical interview but it did not come...
So had nothing till mid-Aug when IBF sent the email to all who had no offers. I guess it's then IBF sent out the our CVs to all FIs that still want more ppl.

Had my first zoom interview last Monday morning and replied that afternoon.. Had another interview with MD last Wed afternoon and got called from IBF in 30 mins-ish...
Guess it's near their deadline so had to expedite everything haha

I just got a mail from GS too, have an interview with the MD this thursday.

Does anyone here know when the DA training commences? As i am still employed with my employer I need to terminate with 1 month notice, so I am afraid even if i pass this next interview I will need to miss the start of the training and i don't know if IBF will allow it.

Thanks neng002 for the details!

Can I ask what email did IBF sent out to all in mid August? I doubt that I got this email that u mentioned. May I know which day u received that IBF email in mid August?
