I wonder if the FI look at the assessment results and your resume to select for interview OR IBF will select and submit a list of candidates to the FI to pick the candidate.

from what i know, applicants will pick their desired FI. the FI will then decide over an interview to accept them or not. i think assessment results play a part.

i am not from da track, but from my experience, FI shortlist you based on what you write on your resume and linkedin. Think github play a bit also according to feedback i hear from dbs.

should treat it as a regular job interview i guess. i do not think that they require you to have deep knowledge, this is a traineeship programme, but definitely will pick the candidate who knows more/better attitude.

Based on the TFIP sharing session a few weeks ago by some of the previous batch applicants, the conversion rate is somewhat positive.

It does depend on the team that you get placed into though, and ultimately your performance as well.

This month is for technical assessment and interview. Seems like no one receive DA email till now and I wonder if it will be too rushed.. I applied on first day and has been under evaluation for so long..

depends on headcount in the end. performance is indeed important, but to be able to perform you should be able to pick up the skills which may be the difficult part for tech side unless you are well prepared.
