Did test for DBS, UBS, MLP but havn't received any interview so far.
One round interview from UOB only.

I think its just means we are not shortlisted. I dint get any email further for interview etc after technical assessment.

Hello everyone.
Just finished my interview with DBS.
They are currently doing interviews from 24th to 26th.
The first interview will be by the DA department where they assess your current skills and know more about the job so make sure you ask more to prep for the 2nd round.
The second interview will be by HR to assess attitude. They will give situations for you to think about how to resolve.

I’m not sure how I faired. (In my previous posts, this is my third try for TFIP already) I do hope I will get good news.

For DBS their timeline is by 1st October to inform successful candidates.
I hope this helps whoever gets an upcoming interview for DBS.

I’m kind of in the same boat as you, just finished mine on yesterday afternoon with the hiring manager, and did not receive further reply about the HR interview. Guess my battle stops here and back to slogging away at my current engineering job with unusual working hrs... plus most of the interviews from the FIs are ending soon...

For sharing, my friend got offers from multiple financial institutions. There is even one FI that offered without an interview. He has a first class BSc in Math.

Make sense, banks hr policies has the tendency to focus on those with local degree and mostly target those who are scholars.

nice!! v relevant for the role and the hiring doesn't have to worry too much that the person might not be able to understand the concept and do the job . v practical culture

Im interested to know how many people actually get accepted into the programme.... if its like 1-2 per FI and less than 20 ppl in total, then it is really giving people false hope.

Are there any interview(s) from UBS, or is it just an online assessment test? Does anyone know if the offer(s) are coming from IBF or the banks directly?

Not very nice to share, don't even know if that is suppose to be the right thing to do for FIs.

So all, hope for the best but be prepared for the worse. Good luck all!
