I know nik noi is little or a bit. So I need to say wan noiy nik noi? Or just say wan noiy?
wan noy might be intrepreted as sweeter a bit, or sweeter than normal sweetness.

mai wan = not sweet, but still can taste the sweetness, like that they will understand.

u can say "ao wan nit noi khrap".
if u wan a little sweater then what is usually served, say "ao wan eek noi khrap".

eek means extra or another
khrap is a polite particle for male speakers.

note: Thai lanugage has many forms like in Japanese. u should always speak 2 strangers in polite/respect form. therefore, learning vocab alone in thai language is not enough. e.g. all regular visitors 2 thailand should know "tao rai" is "how much". but it is extremely rude 2 utter juz "tao rai" 2 d vendors. when i hear dis words in chatuchak, it always made me frown. becos it sounds like u r interrogating instead of asking. pls say "tao rai khrap" or "tao rai ka" for male/female speaker respectively.

What kind of classes do you need to take in order to even understand and live in Thailand?
