Didnt noticed abt the narrower home button.
But they have their own STAMINA mode now.
Unlike the previous Sony Xperia (Z2 & Z3) STAMINA mode, which u can set what are the apps that can be running at the background, this new STAMINA mode will disable quite a few functions, and that cannot be changed.. :(
And they have ultra-STAMINA mode too.

Still playing ard and check wat are the new updates.

U mean the new Stamina can't control the app that allow to run in background? :( I like tat feature so that i can control what app is allow to run background. :(

Ya.. sadly no..
it says
"When STAMINA mode is activated, GPS, Vibration, image enhancement, rendering performance, etc are restricted to reduce battery consumption. Also, as background data is restricted, Email and other apps that rely on syncing may not be updated."

Only thing u can play ard is at wat battery lvl u wana auto turn on STAMINA mode.

I saw some screenshots where you can enable selected apps to run background even with Stamina switched on, do you have the option?

You can go to settings/apps and press the top right settings icon to access to Configure apps menu.

Select battery optimisation and choose from the list of apps to be excluded.

This will keep the apps active in standby mode, like your messenger or email apps.

It since like u can keep the apps active with or w/o Stamina mode enable. Am I rite? :(

Im kinda confused.
In the Battery Optimization, they have 3 tabs, Not Optimized, Apps, All Others.
So at the Not OPtimized Tabs, if I ticked those apps, are they optimized or not?

I think it means those apps cannot be optimized and therefore the tab content is greyed off (at least on my screen, it is read-only).

Yes, it will be active in standby mode even with stamina mode on.

Unfortunately the vibration is not functional for my whatsapp when stamina mode is on, even it is excluded from battery optimisation.

Ticked apps will be excluded from battery optimisation or Doze function, to remain active during phone standby.
