Just reached home.
Got the green one. Actually I was kinda vexed between green and black (gray???) and even 'white', which had a silvery back so not too iamalamePHONE or galactica wannabe.

Then I compared between green and gray, thought green is better.

And when I compared with 'white', I could see faint fingerprint smudges on it, so in the end, green was the winner of my choices.

Gold is really... obiang...

Had a fairly good deal for my re-contract this time. The sweet girl asked me to cancel off my multi-SIM plan cos they are currently having this offer for a subsidiary number plan which is cheaper than multi-SIM, so agreed to have another number for my Tablet Z3 Compact. Win-win. The promo price will last me for 2 years.

I was kinda surprised when I wanted the green one, she took out the Spectre Limited Edition one. End up when she opened it, it was indeed green.

Sorry to say, the phone has got nothing to do with Spectre at all. No 007 logo no nothing on the phone -___- Misleading packaging.

Anyhoo, the green is kinda like Michelangelo green.

Also, the fingerprint sensor I kinda took it the wrong way... All along I thought can just rest my fringer onto the sensor and it will wake and unlock the phone.

Turns out, you still have to press the button to wake up the phone. The fingerprint part is just to bypass the password input stage and unlock it straight -___-

No complains sofar, except that M1 made me happy thought it supplied me a good streamingapp, called KyLinTV, but tomy utter disappointment, ALL CHINESE ONLY CHANNELS. No Japanese nor American channels. Sheesh.

Still, am keeping up my tradition of announcing every single year (well... up to Z1, that is... Now can only afford to buy new phones every 20 months... T_T), I'm still gonna say - I am lovin' my phone~

I immediately went to buy tempered glass protector. Unfortunately, no protectors for the back (yet?). So was psychoed into buying a Slim Titanium case.

Bought already, had it on for 2 hours, still wasn't happy that it became fat and heavy, I took off and decided to put it on again until I accidentally drop it for the first time -_-

SONY phones are still best naked.

Also had a nice chat with the promoter. He explained the 'do not take the phone to swim' contradiction is due to many people misusing the phone's waterproof capability in the past few years, so they are trying to put a plug to the nonsense, though the phones' waterproof capabilities are still the same with its predecessors.

Definitely not true. As I left ps starhub at 7pm+ and I could see at least about 20+ sets in various colors except green available.

Yeah. I agree that sounded too good to be true, though not impossible (W960i really sold out real fast and I had to wait for the next shipment, and attempted to reserve 1 set, but well,that was the era when Sony Ericsson and NOKIA dominated the market, and Korean craze wasn't set in yet)

some weird cases like when their warranty was up, they would purposely open flap and submerge in water to as to get free fix brand new (which, if they were clever enough, theyshould know warranty will be void)

And also the fact that owners would take for granted that it is waterproof, then dunno do what till water go in.

End up lotsa complains lor.

To advise people not to bring to swim shower etc, it will lessen the cases of repair requests.

Warm, yes, but if wanna compare with Z1, can't yet cos haven't fully utilized it as how I were.
