i tried to create a folder in the Z5 Album. it can be seen under the phone's File Commander as well as the ES File Explorer. but when i connect to my PC, i found no such folder. any help?

Can u see other folders when connected to PC? I'm just guessing wildly if you have enabled MTP file transfer.

it seems to depend on which is more of a "upright" position of the view which u are taking.

my experience is that when i am taking photos while holding the phone vertically, the photo will appeared as full screen as i preview them.

my UCH10 charger has stopped working.. doesn't seem to charge at all, even swapping USB cables..

do you think I can bring it to the Sony service center for a 1-1 exchange? Any idea if the warranty covers accessories as well?

I don't think accessories have any warranty. But you can give them a call to check before heading down to the service centre.

Accessories do come with 6 months warranty and your quick charger comes with the preorder or you buy separately? Remember to bring along the receipt if you buy separately.

anyone knows if this is hardware issue / software issue : uneven low ringing volume where alarm volume / media volume sound louder but ringing volume produce softer sound.

Example scenario : all volume sliders are set to the max. I do a test call to the z5 unit. a fraction of second has the 'loudness' then it goes back soft. Be it the volume slider preview or whether someone who calls

does anybody have this issue whereby you have stamina mode on, and the wifi/4g takes a while to wake up after screen is turned off, so you are like disconnected for 30 secs or so. it's really annoying and I haven't had this problem on my z3

Did you turn on ultra stamina mode instead?

nope but I had extended standby and queue background data on, but I set the same settings on z3 and didn't have such issue.
