I have equus belt to replace my Giorgio Armani belt. It was a good experience to purchase from them.

But upon receiving the goods I felt that the leather was inferior to my Giorgio Armani and way inferior to my Dior leather belt.

But the customization choice (color of the belt), experience and learning something from them worth a purchase.

Thanks for your thoughts.
You bought the strap to use with your GA buckle?

Also, my belt is the reversible kind, so I think any decent full grain leather strap will definitely be better haha.
Hence, looking for a BIFL leather strap.

Made a leather belt recently. This was a good change after a whole bunch of bifold wallets and card holders. This was made from full grain English Bridle leather from Wickett and Craig. Thick and tough, definitely won't be the type of leather that cracks after using for a few months. Made simple with just one silver buckle, no additional lining or stitching.

Looks good. A suggestion is to have oval/oblong holes instead of circular.

I made it myself. Bought the leather and buckle separately, and stitched it up together. That was the goal for this belt, something simple but long lasting.

if online, search for 'leather supplies belt buckle'

then just ssrr solid brass generic buckle etc... better if you know the buckle style's name.
finishes for solid brass can be antiquated, polished, nickel-plated, matt finishes like blasted etc..

me only know recall style terms called 'Garrison' (tall rectangle), 'Conway' ( symmetric center stud)

etsy ebay also have belt buckles

examples below, cursory browse nia i never read into specs or prices

if local, leather supply shops should carry some hardware like buckles (limited selections though).
shops like choo-p, grand leather
