suspended wire mesh back is it? like the deuter air comfort?
deuter quasar with that was my 1st $$ backpack way back. super airy and comfy. major downside is the curved steel spring sheets that suspends the mesh back consumes real estate inside the pack
for light loads these are awesome. will hardly see such in indy brands as it is not cost effective to build.
Not familiar with deuter air comfort but concept is similar I suppose.
The other brand of bags I see with better designed ventilation rather than an after thought would be certain model of osprey, though I never used them before.
I am rather disappointed that this major aspect of backpack design are seldom thought out to address such common issues.
Another thing besides having better back ventilation, is the overall design did not make the andro look like a hiking rucksack and of course being in black helps too
Not mine but I found some photos to give an idea how the bag looks.
It has some nifty features not common during that time or at least in a 20 liter pack & thoughtful consideration to the design especially to a simple thing as a top grab handle.
