Haha, I don’t promote any particular districts everyday like u lah.
plus, I’m not a FH fan coz I don’t intend to pass down to 10 generations :o

Thiam siew avenue is more closer to Paya lebar than Marine parade tanjong Katong. Can still ask for 2.6k psf?

Ulu lentor $2,400psf. How can this be only $2,600psf? 🤑

My understanding from the original plan of developer was to divide the land into two separate projects. It will be great if they are now going with one large iconic project because that whole area will get a boost !

Is this the confirmed name? It sounds like a sci-fi movie or novel name.
Why not have a simple name that people can easily recollect and understand.

maybe! Pullman FH new launch at Newton already selling at 3K

Agents saying developer has informed them of a price increase as of Oct 1. Not surprising as units are moving quite steadily. (2.1K for LH in ulu vs 2.8-2.9K for FH Newton, both new launch, it’s a no brainer)

Not really a no brainer. If it's a no brainer Pullman would have been sold out now.

Its just a matter of marketing spend and launch strategy. dont get fooled by “launch day” stats that boast being sold out.

Pullman has gradually been selling ever since launch with limited marketing or agent promos, they also keep raising prices every few months - quite successful if you ask people running the project

up market projects target affluent buyers. They don’t do mass promos like AMO and LM which make it seem like it’s an 80% off closing down sale.
